Simon Fletcher
Simon Fletcher was born in England where he began his career as a succesful landscape designer. He won the first prize from the British Association of Landscape Industries for a private garden in Hampshire. In 1982 he moved to France with his family, and he began to develop his techniques in watercolour and pastel.
Situé dans le Sud de France, l'Atelier Simon Fletcher se trouve dans un petit village historique aux alentours de Montpellier. Les tableaux peints aux quatre coins du monde sont visibles ainsi que les natures mortes renommées. Après quarante ans de voyages et d'expositions le peintre a décidé d'ouvrir ses portes aux grand public.
Simon Fletcher schreef een aantal boeken over zijn reizen in de ganse wereld, die verlucht werden met zijn aquarels, zoals "Wine and Landscape of the Languedoc".
