This magnificent watercolor by the American artist Peter Sculthorpe (American, b. 1948) will be sold in Pennsylvania on April 18th.
Peter Sculthorpe studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia. His work includes watercolors, oils, etchings and graphite on paper. Peter Sculthorpe currently resides in Rockland, Delaware.
His paintings are noted for their dusky skies and beautiful stone buildings.
